Streamnode operates on a strict zero-telemetry and zero-monetization architecture. We will never, ever use, sell, lease, or distribute your data to third parties.
We collect only the bare minimum information required to maintain your operational uplink. This includes your email address for authentication and platform provisioning.
Streamnode does not store or process your financial information on our infrastructure. All billing and payment processing is handled securely through our PCI-DSS compliant partner, Stripe.
Any sensitive configuration data (such as Cloudflare API tokens) is encrypted using AES-256-GCM at rest. Our systems run on Google Cloud Platform and leverage Cloudflare for edge security, ensuring your data is protected by industry-leading infrastructure.
We do not track your specific threat intelligence queries for any purpose other than delivering the results to your terminal in real-time. Once a session ends, query logs are purged according to our zero-retention policy.
